Room Hire Costs

R25 per person 60 pax and above.

Less than 60 people R2500.00 per day.

Room hire costs include, all linen, cutlery, glasses & chairs

All extra costs are to your own account i.e. Chair covers, over lays etc

Staff costs

R160 per staff member and depends on number of staff required for the evening

Dinner with Dance floor and Buffet – 80 to 90 pax

Dinner without Dance floor and with a Buffet 100 to 120

You don’t have to be a member to book a function at Observatory Golf Club.

We cater for : All birthday, Occasions from 21^st’s to 80^th Birthdays, Weddings, Corporate Launches, Golf Days, year end Functions and Cocktail Parties.
