Cash bar is available for all functions

50 % Deposit is required to secure your booking. A booking is not confirmed unless this deposit is received.

Set up

School Room – 120

Dinner with Dance floor and Buffet – 80 to 90 pax

Dinner without Dance floor and with a Buffet 100 to 120

Room Hire Costs

R25 per person min 60 pax

Less than 60 people R2500.00

Room hire costs include, all linen, cutlery, glasses & chairs

All extra costs are to your own account i.e. Chair covers, over lays etc

Staff costs

R160 per staff member and depends on number of staff required for the evening
